FAQs
Yes. The booth must be placed on flat, level ground and the setup must be covered from sun and weather. If there is a chance of any weather in the forcast your booth will have to be indoors.
Yes. This rental is for the digital drop off photo booth only. So you are welcome to use your own backdrop.
Yes! You can rent one of our backdrops for your event. We’ll handle the setup during your drop-off rental for $80. Please note that all backdrops must be placed against a wall and cannot be moved once installed. For outdoor events, backdrops cannot be set up in high-wind conditions for safety reasons
NO. The Booth must remain in its original setup location. Moving the booth will void the contract and may result in damage fees.
Yes. A power outlet is required. A 10v power outlet. This is why the booth need to be backed up against a wall.
No, props are not included with this rental, as this is a DIY self-serve booth. You’re more than welcome to provide your own props, or you may add a prop package to your rental for $50.
No, this is an all-day rental. We will deliver, set up, and pick up the booth within your event timeframe. If your event doesn’t start until 4:00 PM and you only need the booth until 6:00 PM, we can schedule the drop-off and pick-up around your schedule. Please note that a designated person must be present with the booth at all times during both drop-off and pick-up.
Delivery is included within the East Valley. Events outside of the East Valley require a travel fee. Please reach out before booking if your event is outside of the East Valley.
Our rental time is from 10AM-10Pm. You can add more time up until 12am for an additional fee of $40 an hour
No. This is a drop off rental. Self serve digital rental. Its perfect for DIY, Baby Showers, House parties and brand pop ups. Not ideal for weddings but not limited to. Perfect for Smaller weddings of under 50 guest.
